The challenge
Technical solo founders and developers miss high-intent co-founder posts buried in monthly HN hiring threads, fast-moving Reddit feeds, and Indie Hackers directories. Manual monitoring across three platforms is slow, inconsistent, and impossible to sustain daily.

- Solution 1: Parallel scrapers for HN (Algolia API), Reddit (r/cofounder & r/startups), and Indie Hackers with Playwright fallback
- Solution 2: Dual-tier keyword engine: instant match on Tier-1 intent flags or contextual pass with 2+ Tier-2 keywords
- Solution 3: URL-based deduplication with persistent state memory to prevent duplicate Telegram alerts
- Solution 4: Telegram broadcaster with direct reply links and graceful retry on API timeouts
- Solution 5: Management console with live rule sandbox, keyword customization, and scrape telemetry
- Solution 6: Resilient error handling: Reddit 429 backoff, IH scrape fallbacks, and local JSON storage on first run
